Mixed group class
Mixed class welcome beginners and advanced students, more recommended to students that at least have a basic experience. Mixed class will be divided from basic Muay Thai technique to higher level of Muay Thai technique. Still this class will push your condition level to develop stamina and power to your limit.
Class starts after stretching with a 20-30 minute intense cardiovascular aerobic “warm up” that focuses on your body condition—from jumping, Muay Thai moves, speed and power exercises to pushups and squats! Our Mixed Thai boxing class workouts leave you exhausted, pushing your limit, improve your combos technique, yet refresh your mind and your spirit!
