Mixed group class

Beginners to advanced students can join this class, it is more recommended to students that already have a basic experience. The class is divided between basic Muay Thai techniques to higher level and longer combos. As always we will push your stamina and power and test your limit. Class starts after stretching with 20-30 minute of an intense cardiovascular “warm up” that focuses on full body fitness — from jumping, Muay Thai moves, speed and power exercises to pushups and squats! This class will leave you exhausted, pushing your limit, helping you to improve your combos and technique, but also refresh your mind and your spirit! Check the schedule for Mixed group class times.
