Conditioning Class

Our Conditioning classes are mixed and welcome all levels! In this class we focus on developing each individual and pushing your body conditioning to your limits by a special program for fighters and athletics. This class is 1 hour and has many different stations with a time limit to push your conditioning , then a short break to move to next station and again to next one… The goal is to work on every muscle in your body. We will use weights, ropes, step blocks, TRX, pull up bar, sit ups stations etc. The trainer is from U.S.A and certified to run this program and answer any questions regarding weight loss, muscle gain, injuries etc. Please note that this class is a conditioning class only and will not include Muay Thai!
