Beginners Class

This class will focus on basic Muay Thai technique and shorter combos, we will push your condition and stamina level to develop a longer and stronger body strength power. Class starts after stretching with a 20-30 minute intense cardiovascular aerobic “warm up” that focuses on your body condition—from jumping, Muay Thai moves, speed and power exercises to push ups and squats! Our Beginning Thai boxing workouts leave you exhausted, yet refresh your mind and your spirit! Please check our schedule for beginners class group.
