Beginners class


Beginners class recommend to students that Muay Thai is new to them, this class will teach you the basic Muay Thai technique and will push your condition level to develop stamina and power.
Class starts after stretching with a 20-30 minute intense cardiovascular aerobic “warm up” that focuses on your body condition—from jumping, Muay Thai moves, speed and power exercises to push ups and squats!
